Intellectual Property Rights

Our site content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, colours, layout and where given trademarks are the intellectual property of A Trevenen-Jones and c2cafrica. They are protected by South African and International Intellectual Property Law.

c2cafrica operates a marketplace wherein the information you provide us about your initiative is made available with the exception of your contact details which are available for a fee. In terms of your site registration for use of the site resources (other than the market place): your personal information is regarded as strictly confidential and will not be made available (unless you grant permission) to third parties, unless obliged to do so by law or legal process. Communications in the form of news blogs and the talk feature will reflect the level of privacy requested or indicated by you in those communications. How you sign in or refer to yourself will be taken as an indication.

We may use "cookies" to enhance the ease of use of the site and to improve our understanding of the site use. As far as we know cookies cannot harm your computer in any way and are an industry standard.
